Great and concise instructions. I ordered a battery and will do it next week. However, I have seen other videos that show not needing to remove all 16 screws. It looks like you do not need to remove the bottom loudspeaker assembly?!? Do you have a specific reason for doing so?!?

For anyone still using a 6p and needing to do this....DON'T do what they do from 5:16 onward, especially at ~5:30. Pause at 6:08 and you can see why; there's a ribbon cable under there that happens to be the screen cable, and inserting anything under the battery from the side and going all the way under stands a great chance of severing that cable, which is part of the screen. Now you have a truly dead phone. Ask me how I know this.

A couple of really helpful hints. #1 Get a big unopened can and a shoe lace. When you detach the screen cable, lift it up and tie the screen to the can. No need to remove the other screen cables. #2 Take a 4" square floor/bathtub tile and place it in boiling water. Then take out, dry off, and place it under your iPhone. This will gently heat the adhesive strips. I ordered my battery kit from NewPower99. DON'T Buy from them. BAD CHOICE. Their kit did not include adhesive strips. I had to improvise with "mustache tape." Another major issue is that the iPhone now does not recognize the battery so as to show battery health. BUY OME battery from Apple. Take your time. This isn't hard. Just have a white ceramic dish to put your screws in. If you drop one, you'll never find it. VERY tiny screws. I love my original SE despite everyone tell me to buy new. I like the small screen. Oh, I'm 75 and have cut the tips of my finger so nerve endings not so good. If a half blind old guy can do it, you can too.

I had just received my replacement battery & tool kit from your company ... ticket # 553907 on 2/2/2024' here in Arizona. I've had this rebuilt 6 times ... at a nice penny on my end. The phone is completely DEAD ... Doesn't turn on, no charging icon ... nothing !!! So I'm pretty pissed at this point. So I really don't know what to do at this point. There is absolutely nothing wrong prior to this fix with this samsung note 8 phone ... Don't mean to be a downer ... This needs to be resolved & FAST !!!😮
